CA Senate - Senate Bill 138 - Senator Jean Fuller - P.E. Credit for High School Rodeo Athletes
California Senate Bill 138 would allow the governing board of a school district to exempt a four-year senior high school pupil from attending courses of physical education if the pupil is a high school rodeo participant. This Bill, SB 138, introduced by Bakersfield Senator Jean Fuller, will allow school districts the opportunity to grant high school rodeo athletes P.E. credit, just as they do with other student athletes - see below or ( link to bill ).
