WPRA California Circuit Director Happy also announced that Polly Ugland was the 2012 WPRA CA Circuit True Grit Award Recipient. Because she was unable to attend the Finals, Polly was presented her award at the 2012 WPRA CA Circuit Divisional/Permit and Junior Finals in Shandon at the Spurr Arena on November 3rd.
