Please join us as we welcome Dale "Gizmo" McCracken as the Specialty Act for the 2014 PRCA RAM California Circuit Finals Rodeo ( website / Facebook ) which will be held October 17th and 18th, 2014, at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds in Lancaster, CA.  We want to Congratulate Gizmo on his recent nomination for the 2014 PRCA Comedy Act of the Year!

Gizmo McCracken

Gizmo McCracken has been entertaining rodeo fans and rodeo contestants across the United States for years. He became a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) in 1992.  Since that time, his list of accomplishments has grown and continues to grow.

Gizmo has been the featured entertainer at rodeos across this country including 12 PRCA Circuit Finals Rodeos, the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo, and Cheyenne Frontier Days (twice).  He was nominated as the "Coors Man in the Can" 3 times, nominated for PRCA Comedy Act of the year twice, and he says his biggest accomplishment was being a "Featured Act" at the 2005 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.

Gizmo takes pride in the fact that his humor is good, clean, family style comedy. "Sometimes it just don't seem right to have this much fun and get paid for it." said Gizmo.  "I like to keep people looking for me and  wondering what I am going to do next."

Gizmo started his career as a bullfighter and moved into stand-up comedy on a show in Branson, Missouri. Gadgets and gizmos that went sour were often part of his routine, hence the name "Gizmo, The World's Greatest Inventor."

Gizmo is from Wheaton, Missouri and he is married to his high school sweetheart, Janice.  Traveling the country from east to west coast (and Canada too) they log about 45,000 miles a year performing for rodeo fans.
