68th Annual Redding Rodeo (2016 ProRodeo Hall of Fame Inductee) is Underway - Wrangler Champions Challenge on Saturday!
The 68th Annual Redding Rodeo is underway and the rodeo action is "hot hot hot!!" Tonight (May 19th) is the second performance and Friday night (May 20th) will be the third performance! Wait! The fun does not stop there!!! On Saturday, May 21, 2016, - It's the 2016 Wrangler PRCA Champions Challenge, presented by Justin Boots.
Editors Note: The Redding Rodeo is part of the PRCA California Circuit. The PRCA/WPRA California Circuit Finals Rodeo will be held October 7 & 8, 2016, at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds in Lancaster, California. The top 12 PRCA CA Circuit Cowboys and Cowgirls, in each event, will rope and ride for the Circuit Championships and Year End Championships at this event. Barrelman CrAsh Cooper ( website / Facebook ) will not only be there to entertain fans, but he, along with Bullfighters Eric Layton ( website ) and Tim O'Connor ( Facebook ), and, Pick-Up Men Bobby Marriott ( website ) and Matt Twitchell ( website ), will keep our cowboys and animal athletes safe. The Growney Brothers Rodeo Company ( website / Facebook ) will provide the animal athletes for the Redding Rodeo.
PRCA Specialty Acts The Riata Ranch Cowboy Girls (website / Facebook ) and "Cowboy" Kenny Bartram ( website / Facebook ) will perform.
