April 26 & 27, 2014, welcomes the 66th Annual Springville Sierra Rodeo, a PRCA California Circuit Rodeo, at the Springville Rodeo Arena. Springville is located in eastern-central California and is home to the "Hidden Gateway to the Giant Sequoia National Monument".
Welcoming PRCA Cowboys and WPRA Cowgirls, the 2014 Springville Sierra Rodeo promises non-stop rodeo action. This year's Springville Sierra Rodeo is dedicated to Montie Montana Jr. The Springville Rodeo Committee has lots of activities in store for rodeo fans including a western trade show, mutton bustin, Queen Coronation dinner, concerts and a rodeo parade, just to name a few. Sunday's performance will be "Tough Enough To Wear Pink" - Rodeo Fans are encouraged to wear pink to show their support. PRCA Rodeo Announcer and 11 time PRCA "Announcer of the Year" award winner, Randy Corley will be at the helm to call all of the rodeo action happening inside the arena. Barrelman and award winning entertainer Frankie "Punkintown" Smith ( website / Facebook ), always a crowd favorite, will also be in the arena to entertain rodeo fans. They will be joined by Bullfighters Darrell Diefinback and Donnie Castle. PRCA Photographer Dale Miller ( website / Facebook ) will be shooting in the arena to capture all of the action. Stock Contractor Jeff Davis - Four Star Rodeo will provide the animal athletes. In addition to action packed PRCA Rodeo, rodeo fans will also enjoy performances by Cowboy Kenny's Steel Rodeo Freestyle Motocross (Kenny Bartram website ).
