Spring has sprung and that means the PRCA/WPRA California Circuit is back in action and it all starts this weekend, in the "Cowboy Capital of the World", Oakdale, California!!! (See below for "PRCA/WPRA Standings - unofficial" heading into Oakdale!)
This weekend, April 9 & 10, 2016 - It is the 65th Annual Oakdale Saddle Club Rodeo!!! There will be a whole host of community events leading up to the PRCA/WPRA CA Circuit Rodeo performances at Oakdale! On Thursday, April 7, 2016, at the Oakdale Cowboy Museum - Oakdale Chamber of Commerce Mixer, your new Miss Rodeo Oakdale will be crowned. Thank you to your 2015 Miss Rodeo Oakdale, Miss Julia Chamberlain, for doing an outstanding job of not only promoting the Oakdale Saddle Club Rodeo, but for promoting the sport of professional rodeo with heart, style, and grace.

Performance One will be Saturday, April 9th! Start your day off by attending the Oakdale Rodeo Parade!! This year's Grand Marshal will be 4x World Champion Bucking Bull - Bushwacker!! After rodeo, there will be a rodeo dance.

Performance Two will be on Sunday, April 10th! Before rodeo, plan on attending Cowboy Church with Coy Huffman.

Your Bullfighters for the 2016 Oakdale Saddle Club Rodeo will be Rick Moffatt ( Facebook ) and Chance Jackson. Your Pick-Up Men will be Jeff Shearer ( Facebook ), Billy Holland Jr., and Rick Moffatt.
Four Star Rodeo Company ( Facebook ) will provide the animal athletes for the 65th Annual Oakdale Saddle Club Rodeo. Your PRCA Rodeo Secretary will be Haley Bridwell and your Rodeo Timers will be Sherry Sheldon-Gibson ( Facebook ) and Diana Alexander.
PRCA Photographers Matt Cohen ( website / Facebook / Instagram) and Phil Doyle ( website / Facebook ) will be on hand to capture all of the rodeo action and Oakdale Rodeo Memories!
