Tonight is the first performance of the 56th Annual Folsom Pro Rodeo (July 2 - 4, 2016), at the Dan Russell Arena in Folsom, California! What an amazing community event - and there will be fireworks after rodeo each night!!
The Folsom Pro Rodeo has been entertaining the Sacramento Region during the 4th of July holiday and this year is no exception!!! PRCA/WPRA Rodeo Action with some of the best cowboys and cowgirls - Amazing Fireworks each night - and lots of live music and down home family fun for all!! Editors Note: The Folsom Pro Rodeo is part of the PRCA California Circuit. The PRCA/WPRA California Circuit Finals Rodeo will be held October 7 & 8, 2016, at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds in Lancaster, California. The top 12 PRCA CA Circuit Cowboys and Cowgirls, in each event, will rope and ride for the Circuit Championships and Year End Championships at this event. Folsom Pro Rodeo - July 2-4, 2016
So many exciting things happening before, during, and after, the rodeo. The Painted Ladies Drill Team will be performing. They have been a part of the Folsom Pro Rodeo for over 20 years!
Congratulations to Karen West. She has been a long time volunteer with the Folsom Chamber of Commerce and was named this year's 2016 Grand Marshal.
Your Rodeo Announcer for the 56th Folsom Pro Rodeo will be Jody Carper (website). Flying U Rodeo (Website / Facebook) will be your Stock Contractor and will provide all of the animal athletes.

Your Bull Fighters will be Donny Castle and Chance Jackson. Your Pick-Up Men will be Chance Jackson and Bronc Boehnlein ( Facebook ). They will be in the arena to help keep our cowboys and animal athletes safe.
Your PRCA Rodeo Secretary will be Cindy Rosser and your PRCA Timers will be Karin Rosser and Robyn Yerxa.
