The prestigious Miss Rodeo California Pageant will be held in Lancaster, CA, in conjunction with rodeo week surrounding the 2019 RAM PRCA California Circuit Finals Rodeo.  Your Miss Rodeo California 2020 will be crowned on Sunday, October 6, 2019!  Not only does Miss Rodeo California represent the entire State of California, but she is also the reigning queen for the RAM PRCA California Circuit Finals Rodeo ( link ) and will go on to compete in the Miss Rodeo America Pageant in Las Vegas, NV, at the end of her reign.  Good Luck to all of the contestants!

When Miss Rodeo California 2020 begins her reign, she will be presented with the keys to her "Official Miss Rodeo California RAM of the West Truck", which was donated again this year to the Miss Rodeo California Pageant, by Tom and Tim Fuller, owners of H.W. Hunter Dodge/RAM of the West - Home of the largest RAM Truck Service Center in America ( website / Facebook ).  Miss Rodeo California 2020 will use this beautiful RAM truck during her reign.

We are very excited that the Miss Rodeo California Pageant is being held in Lancaster and that it is being held in conjunction with the 2019 RAM PRCA California Circuit Finals Rodeo. Category awards and points will be given to the winners of Speech, Horsemanship, Test, Personality, and Appearance. Horsemanship Competition: Free admission

• Date: Thursday, October 3^rd, 2019
• Time: 8:30 AM
• Location: Main grandstands at the Antelope Valley Fair and Event Center
• Contestants will demonstrate their horsemanship abilities while performing one pattern and one segment of rail work on two separate draw horses.

You are invited!  Rodeo Kick-Off Party - FREE ADMISSION!!!!  

Hunter Ram of the West Rodeo Kickoff Party and Fashion Show: Free admission

• Time: 6:30 PM

• HW Hunter Ram will host Miss Rodeo California Contestants, friends and family for a live and silent auction. Food, beer, and wine will be available for purchase. Our contestants will model two fashion-forward outfits in addition to auctioning off their items and answering one question.

HW Hunter Ram of the West will host the California Circuit Finals Rodeo friends and family as well as the Miss Rodeo California Contestants for a fun-filled evening.  Live and Silent Auctions/Rodeo Queen Fashion Show/Tacos El Superior will be on-site!  Food and drinks will be available for purchase. The Miss Rodeo California contestants will have a fashion show and answer one impromptu question. On Friday, October 4, 2019,  Miss Rodeo California 2019, Madison Wagner, along with Special Guest Miss Rodeo America, Taylor McNair, as well as all of the Miss Rodeo California 2020 Pageant Contestants, will participate in the 1st Performance of the 2019  RAM PRCA California Circuit Finals Rodeo.  Opening ceremonies begin at 6:45 (for rodeo information and tickets visit www.cafinalsrodeo.com or www.avfair.com)  It is Patriot Night at the rodeo - all guests are encouraged to wear Red/White/Blue.  Be sure to stay late for the Van Dam Barn Dance right after rodeo!

Saturday, October 5, 2019, the 2020 Miss Rodeo California contestants will model their evening gowns and present a 1.5-minute extemporaneous speech on a subject they draw as well as answering a series of impromptu questions.  $5 admission - doors open 9:30 am - location to be announced (link).

On Saturday afternoon, 3-6 pm, many of the Pageant Contestants, will assist the California High School Rodeo Association - District 9, in the presenting "Special Rodeo and Roping Lessons" at Saddle Up Therapeutic Riding Center ( link ).  They would love to see you there!  This is an amazing event - you do not want to miss it!

On Saturday, October 5, 2019,  Miss Rodeo California 2019, Madison Wagner, along with Special Guest Miss Rodeo America, Taylor McNair, as well as all of the Miss Rodeo California 2020 Pageant Contestants, will participate in the 2nd Performance of the 2019  RAM PRCA California Circuit Finals Rodeo.  Opening ceremonies begin at 6:45 (for rodeo information and tickets visit www.cafinalsrodeo.com or www.avfair.com)  It is Pink Night - Breast Cancer Awareness - at the rodeo - all guests are encouraged to wear Pink.  Be sure to stay late for the Van Dam Barn Dance!

On Sunday, October 6, 2019 - Coronation of Miss Rodeo California 2020 -  Harley Davidson Building at the Antelope Valley Fair and Event Center ( link ).  Doors open at 8:15 am.

On Sunday, October 7, 2018, Miss Rodeo California 2019, Madison Wagner, along with Special Guest Miss Rodeo America, Taylor McNair, as well as all of the Miss Rodeo California 2020 Pageant Contestants, will participate in the final performance - Champions Day - of the 2019  RAM PRCA California Circuit Finals Rodeo.  Opening ceremonies begin at 2:00 (for rodeo information and tickets visit www.cafinalsrodeo.com.)

The Awards Ceremony/Buckle Presentations will take place Sunday, October 6, 2019, about 30 minutes after the final performance of the 2019 RAM PRCA/WPRA California Circuit Finals Rodeo. All contestants, along with their families and friends, visiting royalty, and the public are encouraged to attend.  The Awards Ceremony/Buckle Presentations will take place at the Antelope Valley Fair and Event Center in the Grand Oasis (see map). Miss Rodeo California 2019, Madison Wagner, along with Special Guest Miss Rodeo America, Taylor McNair, will assist with the Buckle Presentations.  All visiting royalty, along with each and every Miss Rodeo California Contestant, are encouraged to attend and participate in these exciting presentations.  Red Carpet photo opportunities will be available.
